For the Family
Your home should work beautifully for everyone, kids included. I design systems that are intuitive, durable, and easy for little hands to maintain, making tidying a natural part of everyday life.
To help families introduce these habits early, I’ve written a book called Benjamin Tidies Up to gently teach kids the joy of organizing, sharing, and letting go. It’s a simple way to turn decluttering into a meaningful family conversation and create a home where calm feels effortless.
Tidying up can be fun and rewarding!
Emotional attachment to objects begins at a young age, often shaping the way we relate to our belongings well into adulthood. That’s why it’s so important for children to establish a healthy, balanced relationship with the things they own early on. Learning that it’s okay to love something without needing to keep it forever helps build emotional resilience and a sense of generosity. Whether it’s a well-loved toy or a special gift, letting go doesn’t erase the memory or the joy it brought. Instead, it creates space for growth, for gratitude, and for new experiences. Teaching this mindset from the start empowers children to value meaning over material and embrace change with confidence.
